Safe and Healthy Minnesota Students (SAHMS) Portal. This portal provides school district level Minnesota Student Survey data, district-level information from the Disciplinary Incidents Reporting System, and information on ATOD prevention programming. Access the portal via http://education.state.mn.us/mde/index.html. Select 'Data' from the top of the page, then 'Data Submission.' Scroll down to SAHMS Portal and click on it. You can then create a 'New MDE Account' and request access to SAHMS data.
